At The Ethereal Life, every consultation, alignment session, and personalized service is thoughtfully prepared to support your individual journey. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy.

Consultations & Bookings

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

Personalized Services

Services that involve customized recommendations, alignment plans, wardrobe assessments, personalized guidance, written reports, or any bespoke work are non-refundable once preparation or delivery has commenced.

This is because significant time, expertise, and resources are dedicated specifically to your individual needs.

Digital Products & Resources

Any digital materials, guides, downloadable resources, or digital content provided by The Ethereal Life are non-refundable once access has been granted or the materials have been delivered.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or exceptional circumstance that affects your ability to attend a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Service Satisfaction

Our intention is to provide a meaningful and supportive experience for every client. If you have concerns regarding a service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your session so we can discuss an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
